Neat as a Thermacell! Hope they make a ton of $. Can they be bought yet?

Emergency = great idea.
Recreation = bad idea. The balloons would be jammed up in so many trees.

Looks like the kickstarter campaign expired earlier this year with only a third of the funds raised. I wonder if it’s still alive. Would be great for SCUBA divers if they could make a version that could withstand depth.

Actually KickStarter is very popular for stuff like this nowadays.

in a 20 kt wind it will be in the water with you. all of the pics are in flat calm
