Restaurants with boat docks

I think I am going to pull the boat down this weekend to visit some family and take my kids/nephews out. Wife and I were planning dinner with my brother and sister n law Friday and maybe hire a baby sitter for the kids.
They live in dunes west and we have put the boat in there a few times so I am vaguely familiar with the area. We usually run around to the harbor, daniel island or Shem creek but would like something maybe a little closer to that area. Any recommendations on restaurants closer to their place?

I don’t really like trying to navigate that shallow around the crab banks coming into Shem at night since I have only done it a few times. I heard there was a restaurant at that new marina by the new bridge ( hwy41, marios?). Anyone eaten there? Any an all advice is appreciated.

Thanks!

I am not sure it’s called Mario’s unless they changed it from what it opened as; Wando Grill. The food is good but I’m no connoisseur.
There are docks adjacent to the restaurant but not sure if use for restaurant patrons. Don’t know 'til you go; give it a rip.

We live up that way as well. The Wando Grill is the most convenient restaurant. It’s only a 5 minute ride from your creek. We have given it several tries, had friends do the same, and we just don’t think it’s worth it. The times we have eaten there the food wasnt that great, and it’s really unfortunate. Maybe you will have a better experience. It is definitely a good place for happy hour! You could also take a ride to California Dreamin. That’s not a bad ride at all, but maybe too far away from what you said. I wish there were more waterfront options in the area. Good luck!

Give me a call if you are looking to buy or sell a house in the Charlaston area.

There are two restaurants at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina. They should have short term docking space available but I would call and confirm first.
