Fuel pump in the VST burned out. The water cooling fitting clogged with salt over time (as explained to me a design flaw with a potential to be a recall later). The brushes in the electric pump wore and deposited sediment in the bottom of the VST tank that was recirculated by the bypass pump and deposited in the filter before the VST causing it to clog as well. I’ll be getting those items checked at service time from now on plus getting a tank to flush the motor while running.
Yamaha warrantied it all out so, time to fish once the fan is turned off.

I just want to know who used sailflow last before it all permanently turned red and orange. Someone broke it and I demand answers!!! Black Bart assured me that it was not him, and then I see this post, which seems almost like a confession of guilt to me. I just don’t know what to think at this point. But the moral of the story. If you break sailflow, you need to make sure you fix it before you leave…
