I dry rubbed three slabs of pork ribs last night and put them on the orion. put them on at 5:40PM and too them off at 7pm. then i put them on the grill for a few minutes on each side to burn in a little wet sauce that i made. They fell apart as usual. as soon as i can get my son to show me how to post pics i will put them up.
as i said before; this is as good a cooker as i have ever used.
got to get out of here. my son and i are going to a friends farm pond up in ward,sc. should be fun.
Since the other thread started about these I have been reading up. I think I need an Orion…

yeh i bought it from home depot. they were getting rid of them last fall for $99. they normally sell Around $150. well worth it at either price in my opinion.
