Got to the GTH around 6. It really gets light super early out there this time of year. Anyway trolled for a few minutes and shortly found the tunas up and chasing flyers. Worked on them for a couple of hours abd ended up keeping 10 BFT but none were beasts. It looks like the YFT just aren’t there anymore. Depressing.

Geared the spread towards dolphin and picked at them the rest of the day. Biggest was 34.8 on the scales. They liked pink/blue yesterday.

Bottom dropped in 225’ for 15 min but wind/current was’nt right.

Totals kept:
10 Blackfin Tuna
9 Dolphin

Saw some of the Gov. Cup weigh in, biggest hoo was 49, Biggest dolphin was at 59.9, and the biggest tuna was 14.7 when we left at 7pm last night.

Nice catch! We need to chat sometime. You guys consistantly catch tuna when no one else does. I need to get some of those TOPSECRET baits.:wink:

Man where are the YFT’s??? We caught some last year, but this year they have been down right non existant.

Fishon33, no we won’t be fishing Tailwalker. I tried to get my crew to fish it but if it doesn’t taste good, they don’t want any part of it.
