Wando was lively this morning. Bait was easy to catch. We were fishing our honey hole for spot tail when we started to notice several feeding frenzies breaking towards the middle of the creek we were in. On a whim, we decided to throw a lure at the feeding frenzy. BAM! Fish on!
The Jack Crevalle were making all kinds of noise today. When we finally decided to go after them, they were wrapping up their feeding schedule. We were lucky to hook up on this one. We had another on the hook for a quick second, but it broke free. This was the first time we ever “chased” jack crevalle. These fish fight like crazy! Caught a small trout, bunch of small junkfish, and a blue crab.
