Beef…not good for you I know but we love it…so we have it once a week…had this one in freezer…put some rub on it at room temp…placed in open pan with vidalia onions and taters…slow cooked at 325 for three hours then turned oven off and let sit for a while…turned out tender and was good
end pieces were more cooked…
