3 cups bow tie pasta cooked
2 cups/(aprox.2 breasts) roasted chicken breast /diced (can use packaged-precooked and diced from meat department)
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/4teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1& 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 cup thinly sliced and diagonally cut celery
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
1&1/2 cups purple/red grapes sliced diagonally
1/2 cupchopped walnuts/toasted
3 tablespoons chopped parsley and chives
pour 1st 8 ingredients in bowl and whisk together until thoroughly blended.
add remaining ingredients and gently toss.
