Can anyone suggest a good downrigger that fits in a rodholder so i dont have to mount it? For a Sea Hunt 24 BX pro. Thanks

I guess all of them do, you can buy a mount that fits in rod holders and it has a plate on top to mount the downrigger.
My electric ones came with rod holder mounts but I sold them and I assume they are universal
