They ARE all sold out, every color, but their regular price is $174.99. I’ll assume it will be the same when they get them back in stock.

Yep, they can still sell coolers. They just have to change their design enough to satisfy the lawsuit. Their coolers can no longer look exactly like the YETI is how I understand it.

They have new soft coolers on their website but not the new roto-molded yet. I was lucky enough to get one before they sold out. $179 is steep for that cooler but maybe someone will buy it. I’d try craigslist

The new model Roto molded coolers are set to be in stock mid May, according to their website…Same pricing as the older models. I purchased the soft sided 30 and the tan 45 during the sale…wanted a 65 but didn’t pull the trigger fast enough…awesome coolers…I couldn’t be more pleased. Dippin Kodiak…I see OBO…I’ll come to Columbia and pick it up for $100…

This is a she said/he said story and definitely second hand, but the way I understand it is that the owner oy RTIC was a co-founder or partner of the YETI owner. They went their separate ways and the RTIC owner starting building his coolers in the exact same Chinese plant as YETI. Hence the reason they looked exactly alike, I’m just not sure why the RTICs actual capacity was what they advertise as opposed to YETI coolers which have less capacity than what they advertise. RTIC has until 5/1/17 to sell off the existing product (that was found to be in violation) per the ruling. They were ordered to redesign their product, and show ample deviations from their current design that infringes on Yeti’s design, before being permitted to release “new” product.
No matter how much it hurts, how dark it gets, or how far you fall…you are never out of the fight.
