Hard to say no to that one…
NOTE: If you buy two pistols from same place in 5 business day period, a form is sent to ATF and to local sheriff’s office detailing the entire purchase, including serial numbers. That is the only time SN is ever sent to ATF.

That is a good deal for a good pistol, and from a local company. But I just can’t let go of my LC9. Proven, tough, reliable.

I’ve always sent one copy of the to SLED, one copy to ATF and the original is retained with the 4473. Is it different for different parts of the state? Most people I know use the E-form now but these used to be offered in triplicate carbon copy form and each page was “labeled” with where to send each copy. The E-form is MUCH easier to keep up with. Lol!

The regs say it goes to CLEO of your area. Here, in Charleston County, that is Sheriff Al Cannon. My ATF IOI concurs.
You in the business?
