When running out 50 / 60 miles out what safety equipment do you load on the boat ?

Off the top of my head: lifejackets including throwable, at least one fire extinguisher for each engine, manual bilge pump in addition to redundant electronic bilge pumps, ditch bag containing all this{{{whistles, signal mirror, flares, more flares, smoke flares, First aide kit, epirb or plb, handheld vhf in addition to the mounted vhf that should be on your boat, extra sunscreen, extra batteries, strobe, glowsticks}}}. I also carry a life raft at all times offshore. In the colder months, i carry a wetsuit for each crewmember. this list is not exhaustive or complete. Do the research on what you need and be prepared. Try to be as redundant as reason allows. Offshore, two is one and one is none.
we carry epirb, offshore vests (given), extra strobes, 4 man life raft, extra bilge, and usually a handheld vhf
