I have two Sage RPLXi rods for sale. Both are 9 feet, 3 piece models. One is a 10 wt, one is an 11 wt (no foregrip).
Asking $250 each, or $450 sold as a pair. I’ll also consider reasonable offers.
If you buy the pair, I will include a DB Dunn double rod/reel case that fits both of these rods at the same time along with reels. And I’ll also throw in a brand new, never been used Orvis Wonderline WF-12-F in case you want to overline the 11wt.
My buddy phil who im helping sell stuff told me he broke a sage once and he said all he did was bring it to the tackle shop and they sent it in and he was all set. He never filled out a warranty card. Another example of this. Four or five years ago I was given a Gloomis which had a broken tip on it. I brought it to gene and he sent it in. All i paid for was the shipping and i had it 2 weeks later.
blake… your right about the loomis… their warranties are transferrable. However if someone has filled out the sage warranty form, the warranty is only good for the original owner. Its in the fine print on the warranty card. Ive seen them deny a replace/repair. Just be careful is all i’m saying.
I’ve had Sages for years and broke them and had them replaced with no warranty card no less than a dozen times. No problem. Let’s not make this one go 3 pages.
I don’t send in my warrenty cards either and I have had no trouble. What he is saying is that if you by sage that SOMEONE has sent in the cards for they will not repair THis is true.
OK i got ya. My buddy never turned his cards in bc someone told him it was more involved and not worth the effort. So for all the rods i have that would not be a problem.
