pics from last tuesday and wednesday. worked edisto banks had three in the boat before seven and went to deeper water, proved no good so we returned and pick up a hoo and several other dolphins. it was my first wahoo of the season and my first time sailing out there so turned out great…in my book
nah we were going to try it but there wasnt enough wind to even fill the main sail so we trolled. never got to sail once not even in the harbor too calm
thanks guys, we moved at good trolling speed the whole time, 4.5- 6 knots i want to guess. ya it was a ride but well worth it. we SI at 1:00pm on wed. and got back the next night at 10.
Nice job, we fished right around yall on the ledge for a while. We were in a green contender called Hogg Wild. That looked like a blast. I wish I would have got a picture of yall with the outriggers on the sailboat.
Was this on Robert and Francee’s boat? They’re the only ones I knew of that do this. Asking cause I was suppose to ride along too. Nice catch. Hope to go with em next time
ha matter of fact it was on rob’s boat i think its like 48 foot or something. Kemp, i think i remember seeing yall trollin around we passed a few boats that were hooked up as well, everyone out there seemed to have fun. hope to see you on it soon MC.
That was the post I wanted to make. Congradulations! We did take 42’ cat out a couple of years ago and caught Dolphin and a Barracuda. Had to cut the trip short because of a systems failure, that’s another story, although very funny.
You guy’s are straight out of Kevin Costner’s “Water World”… This might be the wave of the future once gas hits $10\gallon. It’s just going to be real hard to back down on a big one…
