Did some fishing over the weekend. Friday we had a full day with some guys from the office in Columbia, managed to get 8 slingers and a couple of toothy critters. Also had a sail in the spread but she came unglued.
Saturday was a 3/4 day and managed to get some more cudas as well as some more dolphins.
Also had a trip on tuesday, and boy was it slow… Ended up with a dolphin and amberjack. Didnt hear much action on the radio or at the dock. We have dates available still check us out on the web. Hopefully the fish will show up for the CBC.
Hey I was the Pro-Line fishing around you that day, only heard one boat that managed to do anything more than 4-5 at best and they went way south apparently.
We ended the day with 4 dolphin (2 gaff 2 sling) and a decent amount of bottom fish. Terrible slow recently, even the bottom fishing was iffy in my normal go to spots. Hopefully it will flatten out again late next week and all those fish I keep hearing about from FLA will have made it up here.
