I had some company in town that was dying to catch some BSB’s. Had some boat issues early in the morning so we had a late start. Trying to beat the afternoon storms. Left the dock at 8:30 and met 3-4’s at the jetties. Pushed our way out to South of Charleston 60 at 12 knots. One other boat at the 60 and dark grey clouds everywhere. First line in was a 18" ARS. Ended the day with 7 ARS, 1 keeper(12#), and two limits of BSB’s. Ocean laid down a little and back to the dock at 2:00. Not a perfect day, but the company had a good time.
When you meet 80 sailboats in the harbor on the way in you realize that you may have pushed it a little in a 22’ boat. Happy St. Patties day.

It is the CC. It is a very dry boat for 22’ and it has held up well to the amount of fishing that I do.

We were a little south of CHS 60 on some live bottom. The snapper were a great surprise in that shallow of water. Seemed like they were all 15"-18" until we got the keeper.

I’ve caught several small ARS at the 60 hard to pick trough all those BSB glad to hear there are a few big one there for those days you just got to go out.

we had to cut through the harbor at 4 oclock on saturday in my boat, it was fine goin head on into the wind and waves, but once we made that right turn to bring us in front of the battery and into wappoo cut, it got WET!!! we also had to cut through the sail boats on our way to the wando, and i didnt think it was gonna get as bad as it did…

I’ve got some Oceanfront Property in Arizona… LET’S GO FISHIN!!
