Reports sure have disappeared here. Sloppy ocean yesterday with 4 -5 footers all day. Hats off to youth for the young fellas we saw in the 20’ish CC, single motor in 1,400’! Found the edge we were looking for and managed 12 nice Dolphin and a bunch more that wouldn’t stay hooked. Fish were there. Local charter boat was first in line down the break and did a professional job putting 41 in the boat. Sure would like to see our reports return.
Two weeks if mostly east winds probably have something to do with the lack of reports. It is beyond frustrating for me. Had a trip planned for today which I cancelled Friday after going out to a nearshore reef. I am too old and/or soft to endure a whole day of that. Kudos for making it happen and catching fish. Maybe next weekend.

With age comes wisdom grasshopper…
People will forget what you said…
People will forget what you did…
But people will never forget how you made them feel.

It just ain’t worth it to catch dolphin…now, if the YFT’s show back up…I’ll eat my wheaties and brave the elements.
Next time you come in, come heavy, or not at all…
