Sat fishing

Water temp 56 CLEAR TO 2 feet.I started out good but after 2 hours decided my ass was freezing. We fed a hungry pelican our bait and called it a day.The wind started to blow and we just headed to the hill.

At least you were out there!!!

Keeping my eyes and ears open…and trying to learn.

Lucky bird! The weather doesn’t look good for at least a week! What happened to the groundhog!

I too headed out in the rain. Tide never really dropped too much and the fishing was slow. I stuck it out in the rain for a bit and then headed back to to the hill fishless.

Depends on which groundhog you believe. The PA one said short winter. The new kid (groundhog) on the block in Ohio said 6 more weeks. Then he moved to Charleston.

Stono in away wish I had done the same as you but stuck it out and managed to tag one and a few for the super bowl party. That wind picked up and was awful but the hand warmers were my savior.
