Sat.urday way offshore.

We decided to do the tin cup thing and go back to the same spot that was so red hot the day before. Played dodge the mola for the first 30 miles.

Started fishing on the 465 in 400’. Bait and blue water(75.5-76.2) out around 1500’ ( we fished out to the 065 on Friday). Water green inside of 1000’; not much current. Caught a white, pulled off a white, pulled off a wahoo and missed a wahoo. Good sized white that we caught- would have been a crowd pleaser at the WMO. Radio quiet as a could be.

Could not have asked for 2 better days on the water as far as the weather goes. Ready for a day free of cheese its, chick-fil-a, and budweisers.

Nice job on the white. One and done

Dude, all that and no meat? WTF?

Surely your skills were honed…

Would someone please tell me what a Mola is…Any pictures???Thanks

Lets cross some Eyes.

Mola is Hawaiian for the Ocean Sunfish, It is a very large surface dweller that can sink a boat if hit. You should look for them.
