It looks smooth out there tomorrow at the edisto buoy. Anyone having any luck at the edisto banks trolling? Looking to try and find some mahi. Saw a post that said 700-1300ft depth.
We’ve had some neighbors go out and come back with 8-10 mahi both trips over the past 2 weeks. I don’t know where they went but they went off of Edisto somewhere so the dolphin are there somewhere.

We plan on heading out of Charleston early. The winds/wave will determine what direction. That North/NE wind is never a lot of fun. Happy to know who else may be going.

We gonna roll out probably to 200-350ft out of north Edisto. Hopefully wind dies down a lil in the morning.

What channel do you run on the vhf? We are leaving out of Charleston early also. Probably not as early as you since we have to drive down.
ChasinFins, we are driving down as well (from Lexington). Putting in at Remleys and hoping to break the jetties around 5am pending weather ect. Happy to give you a shout and keep in touch. Just let us know what channel you’ll be on. Always good to know others going out and around…
