New to the site so here’s my first post. Hit the ramp early to beat the rain to find nothing but glassy water and no wind. Struggled early but finally put a nice catch together before Mother Nature made it apparent it was time load up. It’s always days like this there’s no one around to snap a photo. Anyways beautiful day and glad I decided to go.
It was good to see the weatherman was wrong for the AM. Nice job.
A wise man once said “Do as I say not as I do” Good advice when I tell you that.
Thanks for the post with geat photos. Keep it up.

Nice! I haven’t mastered the tt’s yet. I was out there saturday morning too. BEAUTIFUL!!! Slick as glass! I got up early, to beat the rain, and as I was hooking the boat up it started raining…I said I’d at least go get some gas and check it out. It was pouring and I started to go back and get in bed, but I saw a little clearing and said what the heck! Glad I didn’t go back to bed.
Anyways I got one just over the slot and another pulled off. I was by myself too. I try to go once a week, usually Saturday. Hit me up sometime if you want. Leeds is my “home” ramp.
Nice catch but like DirtyOars I had the same scenario but did go back to bed. It was pouring in the Creek so I decided not to do it. Wise decision. Got out Friday and caught a few nice reds though.

I definitely wouldn’t say I’ve mastered the TT. I could’ve thrown a hotdog in that school. They were hungry. I’ll be out of town until the new year but I’ll be more than happy to get together after that.
