Teamed up with 2Aces out of Little River and had lines in about 9AM. Fished 120’ to 220’ and found some weed patches. Flyers were everywhere. Ended up with 9 mahi. They liked black/purple best. Last two photos of reflection from my golf cart on my garage on Sunday.
Congrats Mike, next time I decide to go HANS SOLO, remind me of this day. Man I was one wore out feller after that. Started out the day with 5 lines then 4 then 3 and finally settled on two after working my #$% off. Its tuff clearing lines after a hookup only to have him shake off when you finally get to the fish. That sail making off with my teaser was worth the trip though. He came up crashed the Daisey Chain, as I slid a flat line over to him he turns and hammers my teaser again before I could take it away. Then he jumps several times leaving town with my Chain dangling from the sides of his mouth. I know that B#$#@&d was laughing at me as he left. Fishing…Couldn’t I have picked a less aggravating hobby?! You know youre a sick man when you catch few fish and youre still happy about burning 71 gallons of gas.
