Fished stono early sat. morning, on the water before daylight. Wind was pretty fierce, however was lucky enough to find a creek near ramp that was somewhat protected. Went top water first with a good ole skitter walk, trout pattern. Lots of blows ups, caught and release two short trout. Bait every where, moving out of grass and feeder creeks. Decided to try my luck with net. Caught few bait shrimp, still trying to master catching bait while solo (got to teach the dog how to drive the boat I guess). Then motor started to crap out again so I headed back in. Fun while it lasted.
