Saturday Morning Windstorm

4 month old had me up at 5, so I was gonna head out at dawn. Saw the wind and decided to stay in a little longer and cook breakfast for the wife and feed the baby. Figured I would give it a shot about an hour and a half before low. Found out the fishing vehicle has no heat on the way to a slightly protected shore spot. Fought the wind and had about a 50 foot curve in the line on every cast. Managed two reds in the 16-18" range and one flounder 14" or so. Water was muddy, wind was ripping, tide and wind were fighting, and I was cold.

You would think that as a professional diver who does a ton of work in the northeast that I would get used to the cold. I guess my southern blood is just too warm to get used to it.

Narcosis

It snowed here in the midlands. AAAAAAAHHHHHHH climate change.
