Took a ride on a 23’ Sailfish. Left Shem creek at 5 am. Headed North right into it! Saw sever smaller CC turn around and head home. Lines in at 8am…set spread and the planer rod goes of…crap…Bonita. Nothing till 8am, then …BAM…double headed on gaffer dolphin. Picked up a 35 lb wahoo and 5 more gaffers. all good quality fish. Every fish that bit went in the box. Stopped in 60 ft to catch our three man limit of endangered BSB. Boat out of the water at 5 and at friends house for dinner at 6:30. Good start to my Father’s Day weekend. Sore today…but with a big grin!
Meant to add- it was a great ride home 32 mph compared to 20 on the way out.
