Saturday night 3/23

Went out after the rain and and launched from the dam. IT didn’t seem too bad out because winds were light out of the east. Water was 51/52 everywhere I went. Ran up to Johns creek, didn’t mark anything. Ran over into beaverdam and got a text with 2 keepers on the deck of Striperskiff’s boat. Ran over and fished near him. Got 3 keepers and 5 shorts. Ran to to check out the towers about 10 and fish were surprisingly stacked up. Mostly short but action was fast till I ran out of bait. Picked up two more keepers and 10 shorts. Keepers were all 21" to 22", most shorts were 20". No bait in the lights yet, but this was my first night limit in a long time.

This school of fish kept moving around out from the towers, it was pretty big and easy to keep on.

Thats a big school of fish! Things are a little different in the upstate. Fish are moving up the rivers! Water temp. is rising. Found 61and big females sat.:slightly_smiling_face:
