Caught the falling tide and the beginning of the incoming. Water was 80-82 and SSW breeze. Hit some good redfish spots on the falling tide…‘bird dock’?marker 53 and some others and landed stingray after stingray! Saw dolphin feeding in the shallows!! One of them got in water that was so shallow, the dolphin was swimming on its side eating!!
Waited for low tide to find a creek with some shrimp. Cast net yielded good size shrimp/finger mullet and some minnows. Incoming tide around the Church Flats area yielded some reds all 16-17 in range, caught on cut mullet. Caught a few baby sharks as well.
Lots of action but nothing to bring home!
And not too many recreators out either!
