Took my dad and buddy (first time) out to the bay early Saturday am (north end). Left my sunglasses at the house, blinded by the sun (that’s my excuse anyway), I missed the channel on the way into the bay…so if you saw someone pushing first thing saturday that was me;) set up at dead lo in the middle of the bay, hard sand bottom, 2ft starting depth, good numbers, great size. Came in to the mud flat when tide came up and topped off the cooler…awesome day with pops and buddy. Took sister and her bf yesterday, breezier than Saturday but we made it work…didn’t go as far into the bay, ended with 15qts headed, numbers were great, but was there for my sister, she did most of the casting and did pretty well with her 5 foot net. Lots of boats out, hope everyone did well!
