Went fishing with the left over fiddlers from yesterday. Man when the fiddlers die, they start to break apart and get stinky pretty quickly. Ended up with 4 or 5 sheephead, 1 redfish, and 1 black drum. All caught on the incoming tide using stinky fiddlers. Kept one sheephead and the black drum for dinner. It has been so long since I have eaten black drum, I can’t even remember what it’s like. I don’t remember it being as good as sheephead though.

A daily saltwater bath and kept in a cool dry place, those fiddlers will live a good while.

I was keeping some alive by giving them a bath and putting a little mud in the bucket for them. Worked great for days til the coons found them and ate them all.
