Had a good crew including my girlfriend who had never been offshore with me. As we cleared the rocks I look over and she doesn’t look like she is having a good time. Just short of the temp break we were looking for she gets sick. First down of the day. She hang in, we get line in and start trolling to the 226. Not much action to start with. The long line goes down and we boat a nice cow, one up for the day. Found the temp break and had a very nice bull on the line due to a gaffing error on my part he swims away. Now we are back down. A short time later another very nice bull crashes the spreader bar, the hook pulls and he swims away. I can’t believe another one is gone. The day maker comes at the last hour of fishing, the outrigger goes down and is ripping, a beautiful sight, a sailfish tail walking and skying. Whos turn on the rod is it?, you got it my sick girlfriend who is feeling just good enough to get out of the cabin and fight her first fish offshore. Got some pic, released in good health, and lines in. All it takes is one fish to make a trip to the blue one you won’t forget, Good times!
Congratulations to the little lady on her sail. I put my wife on a 30lb striper once. Good times!

Sometimes that stuff makes you sicker, especially if you take more than one. Ask my wife. She took two before I could advise her not to. Well she didn't puke but felt like doggy doo all day. The worst part is the ocean was sliiiiiiiccckkkk calm all day.
Bonnie is the ticket for sea sickness they sell it at all the local drug stores. Take one right before bed and one just as you wake up and you have no side effects… works really good

Cook,
Would love to head up to SC and make a trip with ya’ll this summer, but if your looking for a pro you need to talk to DaveO…By the way, does he know you got a girlfriend now? He might get jealous - you complete him…
