I recently bought a grinder and have some boston butt I want to turn into sausage. Does anyone know of any local stores or butchers that sell natural hog casings? I’m on James Island if that helps.
Earth Fair claims to make their own sausage (I believe it b/c I’ve tasted it 
). They should have natural casing since they are all natural.

Earth Fare didn’t have them, but Whole Foods did. Thanks for the tip though. I wouldn’t have thought about calling the Earth Fare/Whole Foods type places.
