Van Cook and I represented the MSC with a first place finish today with a 26lb and 15lb fish for a total weight of 41lbs. Had a nice day fishing for sure.
Congratulations Bryan and Van! From everything I have heard, it was a very tough tournament, and the bite was hard to come by.
You made MSC proud!

SBCC TX was a 2day affair.Van and Bryan won it all. Look close at the pic’, they sure do look alike. A good MSC team. That is 2good finishes in a row in 2 tough Txs against really formatible compitition. Kudos to you both…

Way to go fellas!
I’ve spent about 85% of my life’s wages on fishing, the rest I just wasted…

Tom, actually this tourney was a one day event on Lanier this time. We pre-fished Friday without a single catch, but went back to the same spot Saturday and fortunately with slightly better results. A little cool on Friday so we added an extra layer for Saturday morning… And the big fish was released to fight another day!
As far as “brothers” I guess I better start working on some facial hair!

Fine fishing as always.
Do you want to cut bait?
Nice fish guys! Y’all are setting the bar high!
