Being from up north I got hooked on tuna fishing, Bluefin, Bigeye, Yellowfin and Albacore. Is there any tuna fishing in SC? I’m not looking forward to that long drive north a few times this upcoming season.
Mainly Blackfin in these waters. Yellowfin have not shown up on the west side of the gulf stream for quite a number of years. Once in a blue moon you will hear of one being caught out at the Georgetown hole.

We used to have yft’s as thick as anyone and they dissapeared. Who knows…with this wierd weather maybe they will be back. Fingers crossed. Old timers will tell you they did the same back in their day.
