I fished out there yesterday and the water was really muddy. The topwater bite wasn’t amazing but there were some fish that were willing to play. There are two creeks that lead out to the bay but they are a pretty long paddle just to get out there. You do not want to be out there if the water is getting shallow depending on where you are.
If you can get it I would try using cut bait and bring a good bit because there are a lot of little sharks out there right now. I will see you guys on Sunday.
Looking forward to finally being able to make it out. See you all bright and early.

If I was Darrell, I would have that photo made into a poster and hang it over the fireplace.
My catch for the day was two flounder. Each was the size of the tail of that redfish.
We saw a good bit of wind and strong tides that made things a little difficult but there were some nice catches made yesterday. I will let those guys post their own pictures but I can’t wait to see them either.
I ended up with one nice red for my efforts and Denney caught a very rare TripleTail.
Here is a photo from my trip last thursday with Brad from buckhall. Here is a Gaffotopsail catfish I caught on live shrimp. It was the first one I have ever caught in SC.
