Did I really just read that the new Sea Bass limit is going to be 5 fish per angler? I guess Spade fish will be my new favorite meat fish unless they already changed that limit too?

The new limits are a bunch of BS.
The BSB was gaining ground when the limit was reduced from 20 fish to 15 and the size limit was raised to 12".
Now that the stock is supposedly “totally rebuilt” why can’t we go back to the 12" 15 fish limit and have them available year-round? It was working before!
This Council has convinced themselves that we are a bunch of gullable idiots.
