I’m considering a 2006 Sea Chaser 2400. Most of the boat reviews I have read are very positive. It has twin 150 4-stroke Hondas with 1000 hours. I have never owned a 4-stroke outboard. Anyone have input on the average life expectancy of a Honda 4-stroke?

Hondas of that vintage can have some internal corrosion issues.
if properly maintained a 4 stroke outboard can last well over 2000 hours.
have it checked out by a professional.
the seachaser hull does not have a lot of fancy bells and whistles like a lot of the newer boats, but typically they are built strong, and hold up well over time.
