Fished in the 200’s from 300’ - 500’. Had Montana Shawn on the boat (aka Elk guide extraodinaire). First offshore trip for him. Had a decent bite and ended up with 16. Wish I would have at last killed an elk, since he caught plenty dolphin! Maybe next time!

Man,I would have come down to F dock to see him if I’d known,Jeff.I took up elk hunting last year and just got notified that I have drawn a tag this year in CO.Good job on the dolphin.We are going this Wed/Friday I hope.

Eddie, that elk hunting is incredible. Went with the bow to Shawn’s place (Sage Mtn outfitters) and was in elk everyday. Unbelievable scenary and calling them in is a blast. Will be going back in 2011. It was Shawn’s first offshore trip. He had a blast!
