I’m looking at purchasing a Sea Pro SV2100. Anyone on here have one?
They have great reviews all over online and I know alot of the Florida guys like them but I’m looking for some local ■■■■■■■■ on how it performs in our local waters. It will be alot of nearshore and will go offshore on the nicer days.
I’ve already inspected it and it is in great shape and needs nothing. I’m going on a sea trial tomorrow, just wanted to know if there’ any certain conditions or situations I may want to try it out in if possible.
Have an '05 and love it. Will handle all the wife and my 56 year old body can handle. Shoulda bought it new. Opt for the 200hp, it makes a difference.
I have an 05 19’ with a 150- it has done everything I have asked of it. Been past the ledge numerous times. if it doesn’t have trim tabs- plan on buying them, they make a world of difference on that hull.
Thanks for the ■■■■■■■■ guys.
It actually doesn’t have trim tabs yet but I have a set of Lenco’s here off of another boat I had. I kind of always assume that trim tabs are a requirement on anything over 18’. I honestly do not know how people with larger boats run them without trim tabs.
I guess if you’ve never had them you don’t know what you’re missing out on.
I’m also in the market for an sv1900 or sv2100, though I’ve spent very little time on the sv2100 so I can’t speak to that particular model. However, current owner of a Sea Pro 170cc. Very pleased with the build quality and ride of the boat, that’s why I’m looking for another one. While the build quality is good the electrical and pumps can be problematic. Pay close attention to electrical when going through the boat. Bonus points if it has been rewired and/or pumps replaced.
Good luck!

Great boat. I think the Tidewater 21 uses the same mold? or used to. Not 100% sure but it sure looks similar. That hull cuts through the chop like butter

Trophy/Brunswick took over Sea Pro, made the SV21 from 2004-2008 under the Sea Pro name. When they stopped making Sea Pro’s in 08’, they continued to make the 21SV for 5-6 more years under the Trophy name - 2101 Bay Boat.
The Brunswick boats are better than the original…
