i took 2 of the b-liners we caught sunday and baked them whole in a sea salt crust. that is a very cool way to cook fish. this is the second time i’vf done it that way. its about dialed in now

You are going to have to explain and show me how to do this…we tried a sheepshead according to at least 5 or 6 similar recipes on the internet…■■■■ thing did not hardly get warm much less done. Had to toss out a nice fish and it stunk up the kitchen for a couple of days. Sounds like a good idea, but I must be missing something.
