I need to replace my old bolsters that protect your knees from the hard fiberglass when you are fighting a fish. Seadeck seems like a good option but I have never see it as a thick 20ml bolster. Is it soft, does it give you enough protection?

Topside Custom on Johns Island (https://topsidecustom.com/) did the SeaDek on my flats boat. They can custom make any design/size/thickness you need.
That said, SeaDek’s helm pads are only 13mm so I would imagine 20mm would be plenty. I think 23 is as thick as SeaDek makes.
Also, it is very easy to clean, sprayer at the car wash takes everything right off.

Hydro turf is another comparable product to seadek. Google it. Cheaper too. Covered my forward deck on my G3 3+ years ago and havent had a problem. Fish that boat 40-50 trips a year.
