Had some crab meat, shrimp and flounder so decided to make a baked seafood dinner.

2 large eggs
mix all together …dot with butter and bake in buttered casserole dish for 10-15 minutes or until brown and bubbly/ allow to sit for a few minutes to firm(same way with the fish)
for the fish tonight I separated some deviled crab and added chopped spinach…a little parsley and some shrimp
placed on top of fileted fish(flounder), and folded over, brushed pan and top of fish with a little olive oil and seasoning.

made some coleslaw with the smoked parika…yeah…i love that stuff…crumbled bacon and shrimp. sliced tomato. ice tea.
also made a litle cold sauce with dijon/mayo/horseradish sauce…like a dollop with the crab sometimes.
clockwise…spinach/crab stuffed flounder…deviled crab…tomatos and bacon shrimp cole slaw
o.k. that’s all that i can take! i am calling the health dept and we both are coming over to take your food for samples to determine the health factor in all of this. it is possible that i may need to confiscate the food to my house. ha ha ha
doggone penny; it always looks so delicious and i am sure that it is.
by the way; my bride had to take her recertification oncology test last week for her clinical co-ordinator job. she said that it was harder than the boards 20 years ago. she passed it which did not surprise me and it is a lot more calm around the house.
sorry about the off subject guys but penny is one of them and understands. there is a special place in heaven for nurses.
“Foo Foo food” HAH, and I thought I was the only one to use that term in talking bout my Mamas cooking. I allways tease her bout that when she makes fancy dishes when I’m back visitin. But is my plate empty when I’m done? Dang skippy it is!!
