Sealife DC 310 underwater digital camera, 3.3 MP, waterproof to 180 feet, includes strobe, 8x/16x macro lenses, SL970 wide angle lens, older digital camera but still takes great underwater pictures, used it in the Keys two years ago and took some awesome pics with it.

curious on pic quality with 3.3mp

Posted a couple of pics, not as great as Ricky’s pics but his doesn’t go down to 180 feet and this one cost about as much as the strap on his camera bag, maybe. All of the pics except for pic 2 was taken 80+ feet down so colors get lost and I wasn’t using the strobe. A good cheap way to take some UW pics, I spearfish a lot now and this camera is too cumbersome with the gun so I have a GoPro3 mounted to my speargun for any pics/video. I don’t need to sell, just cleaning out the garage and this is something I haven’t used in awhile.

I think that quality is fantastic for an underwater camera. Stairs are way cool, I’m a little jealous actually.

The stairs picture was taken on the Vandenberg wreck off of Key West, depth about 90 feet right there, 140 to the bottom. The pictures turned out better than I thought they would for it being an older digital and not using any lighting. I have friends who have nice underwater cameras but the housing and strobes alone cost thousands not counting the camera. Naturally they are getting alot better quality, but its like the saying " you get what you pay for".
