I have a 1993 Mckee Cape Fear. The front hatches on the deck are slightly cracked and are absorbing water. I have drilled small drain holes to help gravity do the work. Im trying to get them as dry as possible before i got to seal them. Any suggestions
Remove the hatches entirely and replace with Bomar or similar gasketed hatches. Try www.greatlakesskipper.com for good deals. That’s what I did when my hatches began to wear out.
