Search and rescue after the storm

We have a huge storm about to hit our coast, my thought are about the aftermath and search and rescue. If it is like other hurricanes of this magnitude, resources will be thin at best. I have a John boat and a truck and am willing to help where needed. Could we join together and consider creating a team to respond where needed.

There’s a big FB group about this as well. Check out the posts on the “Boat Life of Charleston” page. There’s also the “Palmetto Navy,” that was put together in response to Irma. Both have good plans going involving an app called Zello
