and zuchinni with a ginger sesame glaze. Had this for lunch last week and though I could recreate it. Mine may have been better and I know it was cheaper. $8.70 for the ingredients from the teeter. Wild Caught Tuna according to the Teeter.

Down here is where a signature goes but they can confuse and anger some people so I don’t have one.
Opened the jar it was in… Came from the “international” section of the grocery store. Will let you know the brand when I get home.
I did add some water to it so that it would “thin out” a little and popped it under the heat for just a bit.

From beautiful smoked meats to proper cooked tuna you can seriously cook some bang up food. Great looking dish. Your best Gal is a lucky women. Allot of people think that serving red wine with fish is a no no, not true. That tuna with the aggressive glaze will easily stand up to that nice Pinot you served and not be overwhelmed . Nice wine pairing Chef Fritz.
Thanks for that, I passed up what they had out the first 3 times I tried to get it. The last day of the sale I asked the lady if she had anymore in the back and she brought out a 5lb bag of it and I was able to select the exact piece I wanted. I told her I wasn’t being picky but I was being picky, she didn’t blame me.
