What rigs should I have on my rods in order to have the most success inshore this time of year? For example, should I be focusing on top water or the bottom? Or should I be using popping corks? What about live bait or artificials?

I’m usually fishing with 3 rods this time of year. 1 with a cork and a plastic shrimp/crab and 2 rods with different plastics. I usually start bouncing the bottom and work up. The cork rod sees the least use and I haven’t used bait for at least a month.
