I went Shad fishing today with the world’s greatest Shad fisherman today & it was good until the water shut off. If we had a cooler we would’ve kept 30-35 of them. Good times & great weather.

I went and it’s tough going the way they are pulling water.
I might go to Edisto and try some of them narrow spots where we used to drift the nets

That’s the best duty you can pull lol. Been a few years, maybe 10 or 15, since I was at arrowhead.
Wilson’s has coughed up the biggest shellcrackers I’ve ever seen. Place gets crazy fishy in April/May from stripers to catfish
