I was wondering if someone could tell me if the shad run at the other landing close to bushy park or in the fresh side of the cooper at all. Any tips are appreciated.

The shad will be running up the Cooper (the brackish side of Bushy, I doubt seriously you’ll see any on the freshwater side).
However, I’m not sure how easy they will be to catch there, the river is wide, deep, and swift. May not be easy to find. Head upstream toward the dam, will be easier on you.
