We started the day out with some minor technical issues that kicked my nerves into orbit. We lost both spotlights on the way out. Power surge or something. It added 30min to our trip to get to big water. Fished with my dad, our buddy Link and two other friends. The ride out was quick and we were fishing by 7ish even with the light problem. Fished around the 226 and banks. Picked away at them all day but caught some nice fish. Ended the day with 16 Dolphin. Had a great time with the crew. My dads first time with me. Captians still down with shoulder injury so its all on the crew. They did a great job even though the argued over who had to reel fish in on the long line.(humerous for me cause it was the hot rod of the day!!!) Drank cool beer, listened to loud music, and let the cape horn run 44mph on the way back.
