That Hammerhead is massive. We saw one in excess of 15 feet long when we lived in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. We had a stinger of fish hanging off the stern of our pontoon boat and he swam up, grabbed the stringer and ripped it right off the boat.

Years ago I had the wife talked in to getting dive certified. They had $25 deal and it would go towards the cost of your certification. You put all the gear on and get in the swimming pool.
She’s like yeah this would be cool.
That weekend to the general Sherman to jig for some bait. Several boats out there. One of the captains come across the radio saying be careful just had a big hammerhead come up and get his Chum bag. Couple minutes later he showed up at our boat. About a 12-footer. So much for her getting her certification. The Sherman is where they take you for your open water dive.
Bad fish!Not like going down to the pond chasing bluegills and tommycats.
